Hi, I’m Jessie Gillham the Owner of Festive Haus, based in Little Rock, Arkansas. I launched Festive Haus in 2018 where most small businesses begin- at my kitchen table. In the past five years, Festive Haus has grown to combine two of life’s great pleasures: food and entertaining. I believe in celebrating life’s special occasions, milestones and every day in between. Simply put, I created Festive Haus to help people host people. Whether it’s a rehearsal dinner, milestone birthday, wedding party, holiday soiree or dinner party- Festive Haus is here to thoughtfully plan and creatively design it all. My work has been featured in At Home Arkansas in Weddings in Arkansas.

So where does the charcuterie come into play? I began creating charcuterie boards in 2019 when my clients requested them for special occasions and events. But let’s be honest, charcuterie is an impressive spread for every occasion! Many events and boards later, I began receiving individual requests for charcuterie and I’ve been fulfilling orders ever since. In 2020, I moved charcuterie operations to Heights Corner Market in Little Rock. All charcuterie boards are prepped, assembled and picked up on site. Festive Haus charcuterie is fully licensed to operate in a commercial kitchen space.

The charcuterie side of my business has grown organically over the past three years. It’s wonderfully creative and goes hand in hand with parties and events. This all makes for one, big festive celebration!
